We are currently seeking a Receptionist. Their main responsibility will be to ensure total guest satisfaction and to maximize room revenues in line with the Company's standards, providing efficient and courteous service.
We are looking for our receptionists to have a warm and welcoming personality , with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience to each and every guest.A minimum of one year experience would be desirable.
Your duties as a Receptionist / Guest Service Agent will include:
·         Welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth check in, rooming and check out.
·         Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests.
·         Assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests.
·         Updating the shift diary during and at the end of shift detailing all important activities carried out.
·         Assist with reservations
To be the successfully recruited Guest Service Agent you will:
·         Previous experience within a four star hotel.
·         Have a good command of the English language.
·         Knowledge of Protel system would be an advantage.
·         Command of another European language would be an advantage.
·         Be able to work full-time/shifts.
·         Be extremely well groomed and presented.
