Hosting 9 restaurants, bars, a member’s club, Barber and Parlour, Ned’s Club Active and Relax, two swimming pools, along with six dedicated event spaces.

The beauty and grooming spaces at The Ned bring together a range of men’s and women’s services in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere.
A one-stop shop for head-to-toe maintenance, from Cowshed manicures and pedicures to facials, Parlour 1 is the ideal spot for pre-party preparations or a full-on makeover. There’s also a skin rejuvenation bar, offering anti-ageing and skin-correcting express LED light facials along with relaxing treatment rooms, the perfect place to unwind with a Moody Massage.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Spa Receptionist to join the Barber and Parlour team at The Ned. The role will be responsible for driving revenue in the spa through effective scheduling and sales management. Offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ensuring guests expectations are consistently met.

• Perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Work cohesively with co-workers
• Attention to detail on all aspects of the Spa
• Maintain Hygiene Standards, Health and Safety
• Flexibility in schedule
• Therapy or Spa experience
