The ideal candidate will:
•have hotel receptionist experience (although not essential)
•have strong customer service skills
•be a strong communicator
•work well within a team and independently
•have the ability to remain calm when under pressure
•feel confident dealing with guests face to face
•be able to work 40 hours per week
•be able to work early / late shifts and weekends
•live locally because of shift pattern
