About the Role
In this position you will be instrumental in providing the first link between the client and the firm in our LONDON office (7-7A London road, Morden, SM4 5 HT). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is client focused and looking to join a committed, friendly and established team.
Responsibilities of the Role:
• Maintaining client confidentiality;
• Providing a warm welcome to all clients, staff and to assist all secretarial and administrative jobs including duties towards daily incoming and outgoing post;
• Dealing with clients over the phone and in person, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a friendly, and efficient manner;
• Ensuring the maintenance of internal meeting rooms and providing clients with refreshments where appropriate;
• Assisting colleagues with administrative duties, occasional typing;
• Keeping reception area clean and tidy at all times;
• To be responsible for photocopying, scanning, faxing documents when required;
About You
• Preferable previous experience in a front of house or receptionist role;
• Previous experience within a professional services environment is desirable;
• Excellent organisational capability with the ability to effectively prioritise;
• Client Service focused;
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
IT skills are essential

We are a small firm based in Morden and we also have a branch in Birmingham.
We provide a comprehensive range of services for clients dealing with Personal Injury, Immigration, Family, Criminal and matters in Civil Litigation. We have been established for over 10 years meeting clients’ needs and provide excellent client care.
