Full time Receptionist/Office Assistant required for small friendly firm of Solicitors situated by the River in Wandsworth. Salary £20,000 - £22,000 dependent on age and experience. Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Duties will include:
Collect DX via Putney
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meetings
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post
Photocopying
Scanning
Ordering stationary
Closing files
Meeting room Management
Ad hoc office duties
