We are a private health and lifestyle clinic looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us here in our busy Central London location. This is a great opportunity for a well organised, efficient individual, offering exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting clients at the clinic;
Professionally handling telephone and email communications;
Delivering an exceptional level of care to a high profile and varied clientele;
Ensuring correct data inputting, invoicing and account management;
Ensuring the housekeeping of the building is maintained to a high standard;
Liaising effectively with various medical professionals;
Management of bookings for all practitioners using Emma diary system.
Skills required:
Previous reception/ administrative experience essential, ideally in a medical practice;
Database management inputting skills ideally with the EMMA medical records system;
Articulate and professional interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with a variety of patients and medical professionals whilst exercising discretion at all times;
experience in taking and processing payments and creating invoices;
experience of general housekeeping duties within a clinical environment;
Solid IT skills and experience is essential, particularly of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Interest in general health and wellbeing;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Flexible, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
We are open 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday with the position available requiring 16 hours per week covering varying shifts and annual leave.
