My client’s hotel is in East London and they are now looking for an experience Reception Shift Leader to support the Front Office Manager
As Reception Shift Leader you will be responsible for
Outstanding customer care at all times
Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to Company policy
Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel
Adhere to company credit policies
Maintain up to date guest history and marketing databases
Build strong relationships with and liaise with all other departments’ especially housekeeping, reservations etc
Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times
As Reception Shift Leader you will have the following
Previous high volume hotel front office experience is preferable
A capability and commitment to delivering high levels of customer care
A smart and professional appearance
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
experience of motivating and leading a winning team
Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
Computer literacy Opera experience
Cash handling experience
