About the Role:
As the successful Reception Manager you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to all guests and handling any requests for guest services and facilities by being fully conversant with all Front Office duties including, check-ins, check-outs, reception, cashier, telephone tasks in accordance with hotel policies, procedures and standards.
About you
As the successful Reception Manager, you will have previous experience within a four or five star hotel or a health club and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
You will possess strong computer skills, ideally with knowledge of Opera, and be efficient and effective in your daily administration tasks. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language and ideally other languages also. You will demonstrate a positive, confident and enthusiastic manner and immaculate presentation.
