RECEPTION MANAGERThe Venue Bounce is a unique brand with two venues situated in London and one in Chicago. In a beautifully designed space the venues feature 17 bespoke Ping pong tables (one of which was used in the London 2012 Olympic final), a restaurant with a modern European inspired menu, and a stunning full cocktail bar that takes centre stage.We are now looking for experienced Reception Manager to join the incredible Bounce team!The Role* Be responsible, accountable and ensure the smooth running of all areas and operations of Reception, that they are consistent with and supportive of the business plan, in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of quality products and service to customers by using your best initiative, sales techniques and experience.* Have a genuine desire to provide the best customer experience, exceeding customer expectations and constantly reviewing and evolving their own performance and that of their teams.* Deal with customer requests, issues and complaints* Ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action and to instruct all employees on specific safe work practices.* Thoroughly understand, train and enforce all Company's standards, rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to food quality, presentation, service, customer service, hygiene, food safety and hygiene, licensing, security, risk assessments, maintenance, cleanliness and the environment.* Actively participate in the service and daily running of the operations; to inspect and monitor all areas and activities and be vigilantly attentive to service details and all product quality.* Participate in the building of an efficient, encouraged and motivated team of employees by ensuring everyone takes an active interest in each other's welfare, safety and development;Essential requirements:* Ability to deliver excellent customer service in busy and pressurized environment throughout the course of entire shift* Team player with "can-do" attitude* Articulate and excellent spoken English* 2 year experience in a similar post in progressively higher supervisory position;* At least 2 year experience in a reputable Food and Beverage, 300 + establishment;Salary:GBP240000 + benefits; based on experience.
