Accountable To: Operations Manager
Location: Central London (Holborn / Russell Square)
Hours Of Work: Monday – Friday, 09:30am – 5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: 3 month Initial Probation (permanent contract will be offered on the successful completion of the probationary period)
This Role Will Suit People Who:
Have some admin experience, have some experience of working on a computer using software packages such as word, excel, email are happy to complete some tasks without supervision (after they have been explained) but will ask for help if its needed.

Corporate Mobile Recycling is a company dedicated to providing a safe, practical and reliable recycling proposition for large and small corporates, network operators, retailers and any individuals with mobile phones that are no longer used or required.
CMR have many years experience in mobile reuse and recycling and have developed a number of innovative environmental schemes to encourage companies and individuals to get involved with mobile phone recycling.
Key Result Areas:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.
• Arranging couriers and collections
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
• Dealing with customer email correspondence and telephone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Collect and distribute mail as necessary.
• Maintain general office systems and processes.
However, occasionally situations may arise that require the post holder to perform other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested.
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
Knowledge: We are looking for the following:
• Good IT skills - full training will be provided on all bespoke software.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
Skills: We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and pleasant (essential)
• An effective team worker
• Organised, able to manage his/her own workload, and motivated
• Reliable and responsible
And who has:
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (essential)
experience: We would like you to have:
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• experience of dealing with customers over the telephone.
