Required skills:

- Confident and friendly nature and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
-Proficient in using a computer
-Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Team player with "can do" attitude

General duties:

Handling phone enquiries.
Meeting and greeting members
General maintenance and up keep of the reception and gym areas.
Processing sales and taking payments.
Working closely with External Staff members.
Communicating with members via email in a timely manner.
Supporting new client induction and programme appointment setting.
Cashing up
Sales processing and touring
Banking
Opening and closing procedure
Supporting the Assistant General Manager within her Sales Manager remit to achieve successful Club/Team targets.
Touring and meeting individual new member sales targets.
Any other reasonable requests as seen fit from the General Manager.
45 Hours per week (including an hour break a day) – Some evenings and weekends required.

The numeration of your package is as follows:
·         £ 20,000 Annual income
·         Commission scheme – based on membership sales and Revenue.
·         28 Days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro-rated)
·         Gym membership
·         Contributory pension scheme
·         Extensive training opportunities.
