My client, a leading cosmetics brand, is looking for a QVC Business Manager to take ownership and manage the day to day trading and business relationships with all QVC home shopping buying teams to generate profitable sales and increase customer base and brand awareness through successful relationship building, effective TV show management, sales planning and business development. Job Description: • Oversee and manage the execution of the brand annual sales and expense plan for QVC UK, QVC Germany and TVSN Australia• Maintain the day to day relationship with the QVC buyers, planners and live production personnel servicing their business needs and asks• Alongside the Executive Director, strategize and plan the seasonal on air and on-air execution, including key launch timing and negotiation of launch support• Support live airtime and business needs for Glansaol portfolio brands within the international markets “ad hoc"• Support and manage the on-air guests for each respective market including scheduling, brand education and on-air coaching• Execute and direct live show programming including host education and backstage production• Analyze sales trends across the market and the brand and provide recommendations and ideas for improvement and maximizing sales • Create effective proposals for product line-ups for all QVC TV shows, developing comprehensive show plans to achieve agreed objectives, timelines and targets• Attend all agreed live television shows at the QVC home shopping TV studios and lead the preparation and execution alongside the show team• Monitor sales of the cosmetic product ranges and other associated products; update forecasts and demand accordingly.• Work with Marketing Teams (Product and Brand Managers) on planned beauty product line-ups especially NPD and the creative development of any promotional collateral• Manage range reviews to discontinue slow-moving lines, return stock to warehouse where necessary, introduce new nail technology lines and increase run rates of existing items• Monitor and review spend against the overall cost budget• Develop TV show reports for key visits as agreed with line manager including sales achievements, successes and challenges Qualifications:• Related Marketing Degree or equivalent beauty industry experience• 4 + years beauty industry experience• experience with QVC required• Strong computer and analytical skills• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
