You will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role and a decent level of spoken English.
Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of successful restaurants across London. We are not a chain but a group of related restaurants and we run them under different concepts to deliver different experiences; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Box and Kinako French toast.
We do sake tasting and training sessions and also play around with Japanese whiskies to create fantastic cocktails. You'll also get to taste different dishes and drinks off the menu and learn about the quality Japanese ingredients that go into our menus.
