We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious and pro - active manager for a quick service Fresh Caribbean restaurant in the City of London.  This role would suit an assistant manager who is ready for a step up or someone who is looking to progress their career in the long term.  We do a large volume of deliveries and experience on deliveries would be beneficial.
Baygo is a new brand that is expanding and we need people that will be able to grow with the company.
The store is open Monday - Friday 6am - 530pm.  We occasionally host functions in the evenings and very rarely on the weekends.  Plenty of notice would be given for these events.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.  You will be working very closely with the operations manager and a good working relationship is essential.
Duties include daily management of the store , developing team members, creating smooth service, organisation of tasks, health and safety management, delivery management, I.T systems management, daily briefings, clear communication, stock management and cash , completing checklists and ensuring high standards are in place at all times.
