Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Works Supervisor to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum.
The Quality Works Supervisor role:
You will assist the Repairs and Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service. You will have experience from either Site Management/Quantity Surveying or possess strong trade background within a repairs and maintenance environment.
You will ensure that you are organised to carry out multiple quality inspections and works surveys to properties within a wide geographical area. You will be required to manage and maintain excellent quality standards ensuring a quality customer focused service to exceed our service level requirements.
You will be required to work across various locations in London.
Skills/experience required by the Quality Works Supervisor:
- Construction NVQ
- Site Operative CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Trade City and Guilds/ NQV qualification (Or relevant experience with strong references)
- Full UK driving License
- Multi Trade Discipline
