We are currently seeking experienced, reliable and high quality plasterers to join our team for current and upcoming projects in London.
We specialize in high-end residential properties and commercial fit outs, where our clients expect impeccable standards both in workmanship and attitude.
Applicants will have several years experience in the UK construction industry, with CSCS card and necessary work permits, and be proficient in all aspects of the plastering trade, in particular:
Bonding / Hard wall / Skimming
Sand and Cement render finishes
Fixing Plasterboard / Dot and Dab
Patching / Repair work
Read and follow detailed site drawings
Tape and Jointing
The successful candidates will often be in a client facing position so a good positive attitude and an excellent level of communication is essential, as well as a neat and tidy appearance, and a proactive approach to working.
You may be required to manage projects from start to finish ensuring smooth delivery to set deadlines and client satisfaction.
Candidates will have their own hand tools and equipment
Rates of pay are negotiable depending on your level of skill and experience, but are generally between £15.00 p/h to £20.00 p/h. Price work will be available on most projects.
You will need to provide us with recent contactable references from previous employers and/or clients.
