Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our team in various locations. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
The Quality Inspector role:
To assist the Repairs and Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service. The successful applicant would have experience from either Site Management/ Quantity Surveying or possess strong Trade Background within a repairs and maintenance environment.
What we’re looking for in our Quality Inspector:
The candidate will ensure that they are organised to carry out a multiple quality inspections and works surveys to properties within a wide geographical area.  You will we required to manage and maintain excellent quality standards ensuring a quality customer focused service to exceed our service level requirements.
Skills/experience required by the Quality Inspector:
- CSCS card
- Construction NVQ
- Clean, full UK driving License
- Trade City and Guilds/ NQV qualification (Or relevant experience with strong references)
- experience within the maintenance environment.
- Basic understanding of schedule of rates.
- A van will be provided but you will need to have your own tools.
- You will also need to be flexible in terms of travelling to various locations in London.
