We are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller to be part of the team at our Inflight Kitchen in Wandsworth, assisting the Inflight Team in managing kitchen production ensuring quality and consistency every time. With a keen eye for detail you will ensure that everything leaving the kitchen is to the highest possible standards and to the exact requirements of our clients.
Responsibility for the implementation of Food Safety and Health and Safety policies will lie with the role holder and you will take a “hands-on” approach in assisting with, monitoring and overseeing all production, stock and operational kitchen related concerns. You will also be involved in purchasing and deliveries where necessary. Full training for these functions will be given as part of the induction process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a graduate, junior chef or catering assistant who is looking for their first move into an operational role. You must be hard working, flexible and have a great passion for delivering a service and product that is second to none.
