As a well established Insurance intermediary in West London we are seeking a Quality Control Assessor to work within our compliance and Training team.
Duties will involve:
Listening to sales calls to ensure operatives compliance with FCA, underwriter and legislative requirements.
Completing checklists and maintaining records.
Producing quarterly reports for Senior Management team.
Arranging further training where required through liaison with company Training Co-coordinator.
Creating and where appropriate providing compliance training to new staff and annual refreshers to existing staff.
Assisting Human Resources Director with any ad hoc compliance requirements as they arise.

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual with good communication and listening skills who displays a high level of organisational ability with strong attention to detail and is capable of creating and maintaining accurate records.
Hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per calendar month 9am - 5pm.
