We are a thriving law firm based in North London who are seeking a qualified Solicitor to assist with the Immigration Department.  The applicant must be available to commence employment as soon as possible.  Applicant must also possess at least two years’ PQE in Immigration Law, and must be able to demonstrate current and up to date knowledge and experience of the UK Immigration system.  Applicant will be expected to deal with the following:-

In-country applications for leave to remain in the UK (Immigration Rules, EEA, and Human Rights).
Entry Clearance Applications;
Naturalisation Applications;
Business Migration (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
Appeals (Immigration Rules, including deportation cases, EEA, and Human Rights).

Applicants must show an ability to work both independently and as a part of team. Able to manage their own caseload with minimum assistance and meet any targets set.
