Property Management Accountant
A qualified accountant is required by a prestigious property company based in London NW1 near Mornington Crescent Underground Station.
We would prefer that you have experience in Pegasus Opera 2/3 accounting software. The relevant applicant must be able to work as a team with a hands on approach, be able to produce management consolidated accounts quarterly and yearly, ready for auditing purposes. The remit will also involve cash flow projections and compliance certificates for banks. A good knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance issues will also be required.
You will be operating in a head office team of 15/16 people, of which the accounts department team currently extends to 4 persons. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Accounts and the executive Board of Directors.
