Fantastic Services is a franchise domestic service provider looking for a Cleaning Quality Control Operative to support the delivery of high quality service provided by the franchisees. The role is based in London and Greater London.
You will need to be proactive ensuring key performance indicators are met along with the contract specification. Your friendly approach is key in working with others which will require your knowledge on how to provide best service experience to our clients which in turn will also help towards cost efficiencies. This role is based on non manufacturing sites and is reporting to the Quality Control Manager.
The role will involve:
- Conducting cleaning audits and preparing reports with findings.
- Liaise closely with the supplier in the provision of the service
- Ensure all services are delivered to client specification and service standards of the brand.
- Dealing with concerns/complaints by customers promptly
- Communicating with customers to ensure issues are resolved and requests are met.
- Implementing quality support procedures to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered.
- Ensuring that adequate products, equipment and materials are available to the contract standard
- Ensuring that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used and maintained
- Monitor the performance rate of the assigned working units and ensuring they are on the needed level regarding the brand standards.
- Scheduling and doing on site visits of the assigned working units.
- Support the after training onboarding of the new working units.
- Holding regular meetings with supplier and assisting in the development and delivery of good practice and creating efficiencies in service delivery
You will have:
A high level of sector knowledge and service improvement is essential.
Ideally you will have:
The ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload, Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be able to demonstrate effective problem solving skills. You will have excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
