We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Analyst to carried out QA duties in an efficient manner ensuring the company's high standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding BRC Technical Standard in their areas and make sure that they should be implemented daily
2. To have the ownership in their responsibilities and make sure the members of their team clearly understand what they need to do daily
Main Duties:
1. Audit Critical Control Points (CCPs), to ensure CCPs are under control
2. Check compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management System procedures (QMS) including control measure for Allergens
3. Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice audits (GMP) audits / compliance Observation Process (COP) checklist
4. Monitoring of cooking / cooling product temperatures
5. Check products against factory product specifications to ensure compliance with specifications, legality, and consistency in quality and report any out of specification.
6. Check staff compliance to company hygiene rules reporting any issues to the QA Supervisor.
7. Monitoring temperature of chillers and freezers through daily manual check using calibrated probe. Conduct various temperature checks on food products.
8. Quarantine any non-conforming product or equipment that may affect the final product quality or safety and report to QA Supervisor immediately.
9. Collect check sheets daily from factory areas.
10. Report any non-conformances as they arise to QA Supervisor. Ensure non-conformance are sent each day by email.
Working Hours
6 days a week- shifts available 7 am- 3 pm, 5 pm- 1 am.
