Pure is a very successful and fast-growing group of healthy, fast-food restaurants across Central London. Our menu focuses on fresh, natural and delicious food and drink.
Every Pure store has a working kitchen where, every day, we make all of our salads, wraps, flatbreads and breakfast items. We make juices and smoothies and dress our salads in front of our customers.

What are Pure Team Member responsibilities?
Most of our products are handmade every morning so having experience working in cold food preparation or fast-food is an advantage, but not essential. You will be preparing salads, wraps and flat breads until lunchtime
You will also be trained in how to serve our customers on the shop floor.
What do we offer?
Attractive hourly rate:
• £8.55 per hour (after 12 weeks training including bonus)
• Your starting, guaranteed hourly rate will be £7.50 increasing to £7.75 once you become a fully trained Team Member
• Our bonus starts after four weeks at 80p per hour and is typically achieved 80% of the time (or even more in some shops!)
And lots of possibilities to grow and become a:
• Guru (Barista, Hottie, Trainer or Smooth Operator): £7.90 - £8.60 (+£1.10 bonus)
• Supervisor: £8.60 - £9.20 (+£1.10 bonus)
What are the other benefits of working at Pure?
• minimum of 38 hours full-time, permanent contract

Morning shift: 6 am - 2/3 pm
Evening shift: 12:00 am - 9 pm
