Pure is a very successful and fast-growing group of healthy, fast-food restaurants across Central London. Our menu focuses on fresh, natural and delicious food and drink.
Every Pure store has a working kitchen where, every day, we make all of our salads, wraps, flatbreads and breakfast items. We make juices and smoothies and dress our salads in front of our customers.
Who are We are looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic people, with the necessary kitchen skills to join our CENTRAL KITCHEN TEAM based near Moorgate station.
What are Pure Central Kitchen Team Member responsibilities?
Day-to-day responsibilities are:
• cooking and creating a big number of our own ingredients
• hand-making all of our delicious desserts and side dishes
• slicing, dicing and chopping a number of Pure ingredients
• using the correct chemicals and the correct doses for cleaning jobs
• following the cleaning schedule and signing off on jobs
• rotating all products and ingredients using FIFO to ensure freshness
This is NOT a customer service position, so the basic level of English is sufficient.
The job involves EVENINGS during a week and a full day on Sunday.

Attractive hourly rate:
£7.50 + 80p bonus; bonus eligible after 4 weeks (up to £8.30 per hour total)
