COYA has recently opened it's second location in London and is looking for a passionate, hard working and dedicated Purchasing Assistant to join the team. COYA boasts of the main restaurant and Pisco Bar which is known for their Peruvian ceviche dishes and Pisco Sours.

The ideal candidate would have the following experience and abilities:
- Goods ordering and receiving experience
- Intermediate financial working knowledge
- experience and stock management and control
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command and understanding of English with the ability to communicate confidently
COYA Mayfair, the Peruvian eatery from Arjun Waney (Zuma, Roka, La Petite Maison) was one of the hottest eateries to hit London late in 2012, won the London Lifestyle Award for Best Restaurant in 2014 and Time Out Love London Award in 2021 for Best restaurant in Mayfair. COYA Angel Court is the second site in London and recently opened to share the Latin American concept to all in The City.
