Your responsibilities as aPublic Area Cleaner will include:- Cleaning our guest public areas to the highest standards and ensuring the guest has an enjoyable stay with us. The guest public areas include the different Food and Beverage outlets, meeting rooms and the lobby and entrance area as well as guest restrooms- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In your role as a Public Area Cleaner you will be the face of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge- Working closely with all Front of House employees to ensure the Public Areas are spotless and appealing to guests We are looking for The ideal Public Area Cleaner will:- Have previous cleaning experience- Have passion for the hospitality industry and for exceeding guest expectations- Be able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests- Have experience of adhering to hotel and company procedures- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends- Be confident to speak to guests and able to explain/sell services/facilities- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
