The Ladywell Tavern is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Supervisor/Duty Manager to join their team. The pub is a recently refurbished, craft beer, fresh food and live music venue and the hub of Ladywell.
Applicants must be able to do the following:
• Assist the Manager with running the business on a day to day basis
• Understand Health and Safety procedures and apply to pub cleanliness and standards
• To input new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge
• To oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy
• Take positive action to meet company objectives and drive the business accordingly
• Lead the team by example and help with team/ individual training and development
• Continue and promote positive relationships with customers
• Imaginative and able to promote the business in-house and out, including social media platforms
• Be responsible for safety and security of the building, staff and customers
