We are looking for a temporary (on full time bases) pub supervisor / manager to cover our current manager who is on sick leave for at least 4 weeks (could be longer). Immediate start.
We are a unique, heritage pub in the smithfiled area.  open monday -  friday.
Your duties will be:
- Cellar management
- Bar staff supervision
- Managing orders
- KITCHEN OVERLOOK ( we have a small food operation - only 12pm- 3pm )
- Serving beverages
Candidates must be well presented and speak good english.
Good rate of pay.
