We are looking for a dynamic creative and motivated General Manager to play a key part in helping establish our pub as one of the best places (if not the best place) to eat and drink in West London.
This role would suit a dynamic team player who has a real passion for food and wine, is interested in where it comes from, and a flair for communicating that passion and knowledge to our guests.
At the forefront of our busy pub/restaurant you will deliver exceptional service and build rapport with guests in a relaxed informal environment.
The role is hands on and at times challenging but highly rewarding.
Necessary experience and skills
Previous experience of working in a high profile destination restaurant or pub - minimum 1 year.

Salary: £25,000 / 30,000 a year plus up to £5k bonus.
