We opened our newest Frontier pub just three weeks ago! Everything at The Kings Arms in Hanwell is fresh, shiny and new.
We are looking for an experienced manager to take this business, lead and develop the team and build the pubs reputation in the area.
As General Manager you will be responsible for maximising sales and profit of The Kings Arms by ensuring the high quality of food, drink, service and friendliness every day. You will excel at looking after your customers and have a real passion for being part of the community.
Frontier was born in 2021. Since then we have refurbished and opened six beautiful pubs and we continue to grow.
We are all about craft Beers, awesome pizza and all the big screen sport that’s worth watching. We run local pubs, with the best atmosphere and excellent service.
Our overall aim is to ensure every customer leaves happy!  And we know it is our people who make this happen so we really look after them!
Our team is like a family, we work hard to ensure everyone has the knowledge and skills to excel at their job. A number of our wider team have progressed within the company.
We believe in ensuring everyone has a clear development plan, specific to their needs. Because we know that being happy and fulfilled at work really makes a difference and how important it is to have a good work/life balance.
