Full time Pub General Manager needed for pub in central Holborn, London independently owned  "HORSE and WIG"which has just been re branded and needs an experienced candidate with at least 5 years managing experience in a pub.
The candidate will be involved in all aspects of management such as developing systems, product choices, recruiting, developing customer base, ,marketing. It's an exciting position for someone who likes a challenge and someone who wants to learn more about the business side. Must be a great communicator and must have a passion for service.
Opportunity to build and develop, make great contacts in a 5 day working week, weekends off.
Key responsibilities
Day to day running, money handling, basic accounting.
Stock control and orders
Handling deliveries
Staff recruitment, staff management including Kitchen.
Marketing, all social media
Keeping up to date with all licensing legislation, H and S, and legal responsibilities.
