We are a busy pub in Marylebone.  We offer a traditional pub menu with an emphasis on fresh food.  We have a busy lunch and evening trade of local workers and tourists, selling sandwiches, main meals and bar snacks.
You must have some experience in pub kitchens and be knowledgeable of food hygiene rules, though full training will be given.  The role will include cooking and plating meals to spec, food prep, controlling stock levels and wastage, cleaning and closing down jobs and filling in health and safety paperwork.  In order to be able to follow the specifications and do the paperwork correctly and communicate with the team you must have a reasonable level of written and spoken English.

The shifts will include evenings and weekends with the latest finish time usually by 10pm.
You must be able to provide proof of right to work in the UK, have a bank account and NI number.
