We are an Independent Pub company is looking for strong characters to join us.
You will need to have the knowledge and drive to take over a venue, build and motivate your own team by leading as a hands on manager.
Good organisation and communication skills are key, you will need to have a great knowledge of the food and drink industry and be able to bring your own ideas to help move the business forward.
We offer a percentage based salary - you will not earn better in the industry - with accommodation provided at most sites.
We are looking for candidates with the following:-
• A strong passion for good customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience running shifts and supervising staff.
• Personal license holder.
• Knowledge and experience in running a venue complying with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Ensuring customer service levels are high and standards are maintained.
• Daily and weekly reporting, rotas, ordering and ensuring P and L budgets are adhered to.
