PT Mailroom Administrator Starting as Soon as Possible at

Established virtual office provider in Mayfair seeking a new PT Mailroom/Post Administrator starting as soon as possible at £10-£12/hour to join our busy management team.

The candidate must have the following attributes:
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Customer service and administration experience with a proven track record.
* experience using a franking machine for sending post.
* Confident, well spoken and presentable
* Close eye for detail
* Punctual and reliable
* Can work independently and in a team

The job role is as follows:
* Mail handling and post forwarding
* Dealing with courier providers
* Customer service in relation to clients account enquiries via phone and email.
* Working closely with customer services team.

The job details are as follows:
Job Role: Mail / Customer Services
Employment: P/T
Trial: 1 month
Starting Salary: £10-£12/hour (depending on experience)
Salary Review: 3 months
Hours: 10am - 2pm
Location: Park Lane
Starting: as soon as possible / 30th July 2022
