Located in Central London. PART TIME Position. The hour consists up to 32 hours - 3 to 4 shifts per week. Starting at 11 pm - 7 am.
Must be flexible and willing to work extra hours if required. Including WEEKENDS.
The job is very much hands on and the main areas of responsibility will include:
Check in of late arrivals
Dealing with guest reservation
Dealing with cash and card payments
Carry out some cleaning duties as well as preparing the guest Towels
Ensuring that the reception area presentable at all times and promoting a helpful and professional image within the department
Security checks of the building and ensuring the hostel is a safe and secure environment for guests
Completing the night audit along with all other administration procedures relating to the front office department.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; an eye for detail and a great personality are essential.
