We are looking for an intelligent, hard working and honest person to help out in our private busy office, managing properties.
The duties will include:
* Answering the telephone and taking messages.
* Collecting details from tenants and buyers.
* Print out email enquiries and transfer them into tenants / buyers details.
* Compiling tenants and buyers list
* Uploading property details onto websites.
* Preparing property particulars
* Making appointments and following up on viewings.
* Maintaining the office diary
* Coordinating appointments and meetings
* Maintaining office files, databases and accounts.
* Sending letters to clients with updates on transactions in progression.
* Various administration support and organisation throughout the office.
About You: Can do good attitude, responsible and well organized, along with clear communication skills. You will require the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and possess excellent attention to detail.
The suitable candidate will be expected to work part time initially to full time and *must* be familiar with word, excel etc. It is important to have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Candidates living close to SW6 will be preferred. The salary will start at £8 per hour.
The position is extremely varied. Hours will be 10am to 6pm, 2/3 days a week to start, eventually becoming full time, as responsibilities increase. This is a long term position with room for growth as the company expands. The right person will grow with us.
