We are looking for Day and Night Concierge for a prestigious property in Mayfair.
The Concierge is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring they create a a warm, friendly first impression to the residents and any visitors. Providing first class customer service that meets the property and its residents needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The security of the residents is of upmost importance at all times
Welcome all visitors to the property and sign in and out and assist with their queries
Keep a detailed log of any relevant comments/details
Daily cleaning of the property including, hoovering, mopping, dusting etc.
Inspect all areas throughout the day, taking note and reporting or correct (where possible) any faults and defects, such as lightbulbs.
Test mechanical, emergency and other systems weekly or as designated, keeping a log as required.
Logging resident’s parcels and advising them of their arrival.
Supervise any keys which may be held
Deal with all general telephone enquiries and log messages
Review CCTV when necessary
About You
We require someone with experience in a customer facing role, ideally with a background in residential buildings or 5 star hotels.
You will have a passion for customer service, strong time management skills, able to use your own initiative.
Working Hours: 3 on 3 off 7am - 7pm.
