We are looking to recruit a guest relationship Assistant to join the team at our office in heart of Aldgate East/Liverpool Street.
You will be working in a fast paced environment with an Agent assisting the whole office. Excellent opportunity for growth.
We are looking for:
Ideal candidate will have real estate/hotel/customer service experience however full training is provided.
-Full Driving licence UK/international
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills
-Strong customer service skills
-A friendly and professional telephone manner
-The ability to adapt to different guests
-Patience and tact
-The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once
-Good problem solving skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
-You will need good administration and basic IT skills and customer service skills for this job.
-outgoing and friendly personality
Your responsibilities:
-Managing online enquiry and bookings, guest support, check in check out
-Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, or face-to-face
-Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave
-Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items)
-Coordinate office activities and assist colleagues whenever necessary
-Collecting information’s about all repairs, issues from all properties and updating/arranging -repairs team with most important issues
-Maximize the overall income and profitability
-Searching for new customer throughout short let websites
-Sending out daily reports to management
