We are looking for a key team member to join our property management department who form a key part our young busy Estate Agency based in Hendon North West London. We need a super-efficient secretary / administrator who would enjoy a busy office supporting the entire process.
You will be a very organised Secretary who has plenty of initiative and good prioritising skills and is always one step ahead of the game! You will have at some solid secretarial experience, within a property environment, and will now feel that you want to take your skills and organisational talents and develop them further.
Essential requirements within this position include:
Previous secretarial experience supporting a busy team within a property environment.
Advanced Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of an accounting package eg quick books.
50 Wpm copy typing
Initiative and a proactive, adaptable approach.
Self motivated
Reliable
Assertiveness and confidence
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
Strong communication, both spoken and written English is vital.
To be located close to NW London.
Key responsibilities within this opportunity include:
Involved in property management.
Ensuring and running all property maintenance matters.
Entering reporting and reconciling monthly figures to directors.
Dealing with landlords as needed
Maintaining soft filing system
Producing schedules and information to office.
