We are a Landlord/Lettings and property Developer company based in Camden, with properties in Haringey and surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator/Manager to join our team.
Your role will be general administration, preparation of tenancy agreements, arranging and updating certificates as well as chasing and collecting rents due. Visiting Tenant’s, checking properties.
Training will be providing.
Salary
£18,000 Per annum.

Timing
Monday – Friday
9:30Am – 5:30pm
The position is with immediate start, training will be provided.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner
• An approachable attitude - service with a smile.
• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a team and alone when required, using your initiative.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Good organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn various software
• Must have a valid UK driving license.
