As a property manager you will be working for a company that prides itself on incredibly high levels of customer services.
Position
The role is to control a portfolio of properties in the London Boroughs. You will take full responsibility of your portfolio ensuring the smooth day to day running and delivering high levels of customer care and attention to detail.
Duties
Organising maintenance and dealing with contractors, tenants and landlords
Arranging any pre-tenancy works
Arranging annual gas certificates
Dealing with deposit dilapidations, inventories and check outs
Property inspections
We are looking for an intelligent, articulate and well organised property manager who is confident and professional with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Hours
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
