We are looking for a Property Manager to work on a wide range of house-related projects for approximately 20 hours, over 2-3 days, per week. Hours are flexible but generally weekdays preferred.
This job would be well suited to a candidate with an administrative / PA background who is now looking for a part-time, flexible role to fit around their personal commitments.
What’s involved?
Duties will be varied, and will include; managing various property projects, filing, soliciting quotes for property work, handling bills, coordinating contractors, ordering items for the household, managing vehicles, liaising with household staff and many more.
Skills and experience Required
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role is required.
The successful applicant must be self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic with a ‘no job too small!’ attitude.
Flexibility and adaptability will be key within this role.
Must be London-based (West London-based preferred)
We will give preference to applicants who have experience with managing property projects, either professionally or personally.
