We are a renowned, award winning and rapidly expanding estate agent, with over fifty years combined experience of working in London's residential and commercial markets, With offices in Central London, Egypt and Italy. A position has become available for a property manager at our busy and highly successful Shoreditch Office.
Past experience in an estate agency environment is preferred but is not essential, and the desired applicant must be driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Full training will be provided for the right applicant. You must have the ability to work in a team and have good communication skills.
Driving license essential but not necessary.
Duties include:

Dealing with tenant queries
Liaising with contractors to handle all repair and maintenance jobs.
Complying with lettings procedures and relevant legislation as well as referencing new tenants, producing tenancy agreements and handling renewals.
Arranging inventories and check ins for a smooth move in for tenants.
Carrying out inspections
