We are a luxury flatshare company with properties in Canary Wharf and Victoria areas.
Role: You would be visiting different properties, cleaning them and carrying out light maintenance. You will need to be able to move around London. You will be given a company Oyster card for traveling.
We are looking for a cleaner to clean the communal areas of our properties. This will include but not limited to:
Wiping down surfaces
Moping
Vacuuming
Polishing
Oven cleaning
You would also be responsible for light maintenance within these properties which will include:
Changing light bulbs
Replacing batteries in fire alarms
Hanging pictures
Fitting blinds and curtains
Cleaning filters in washing machines and dishwashers
Defrosting freezers
The role offered will be permanent position on a full-time basis.
Working days/hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Hourly rate of £9 per hour – with possible increase depending on quality of work
