We are a long established Property Management company based in North London.
We are looking for either an full time employee or a part time person able to provide property maintenance services. We have work for 5 days a week, every week of the year.
Work typically involves
Painting, Decorating, Gardening, Tiling, Roof Repairs, Basic Plumbing, Basic Carpentry, Plaster Repairs, Paving, Fencing.
,Cleaning etc
For the employed position a van, tools , expenses and phone will be provided.
A good grasp of both spoken and written English is necessary for this work. You must be 100% reliable and Trustworthy.
The work is varied -no two days are the same. We are ideally looking for someone to join our team on a long term basis.
