Extrastaff Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client who require x2 Property Maintenance Operatives on a permanent basis.The role will involve working inside and outside, cleaning and clearing properties and gardens, fitting steel security screens/doors as well as alarms into vacant properties. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence as between the team, you will be responsible for taking the van home and collecting other team members.The role is located in the UB Postcode area, working together as a team of 2.experience is not necessary, as training is given40 hours Monday to Friday There is room for career development.
