We are looking for a determined and self-motivated young professional with understanding of logistics, mathematics and common sense to join us as property/maintenance manager
Maintenance/Property Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinating the maintenance and cleaning team
Dealing with customer enquiries and issues
Managing and preparing new properties for rent
Liaising with the tenants and contractors over maintenance items
Completing check-ins, check-outs and inventories
Providing excellent customer service
The ideal candidates will be capable of working unsupervised, perform under pressure and comply with deadlines.
Take home salary starts at £1500 and can double due to bonuses and salary increases to the right individual.
