Procision is a successful and growing property maintenance company. We are based in Surrey near Hampton Court and cover all areas of London. There is a lot of traveling involved. We have several on going contracts with major high end estate agents, customer service is of great importance to us and our clients. We are looking for a professional who is self motivated and well presented. There is great opportunity for growth with in this role. To be successful you will need the following:

Be able to carry out all aspects of building and plumbing to a high standard:
painting and decorating
carpentry
Tiling, bathroom and kitchen installations.
general building and property maintenance
Be a clean worker, all jobs must be left as they found.
We work on a high volume and cover a large area, so you must be willing to travel.
Be able to provide up to date references.
We are looking to employ the applicant on a full time basis.
You are required to have your own tools.
We provide uniform and ID
We provide a van.
