London Property Services now require a Maintenance Coordinator to join our experienced team of Property Maintenance professionals.
The role;
You will hold an integral role within the business, ensuring operative diaries are full, works are facilitated and that all jobs are completed on time and within budget. In addition to this you will manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring both retention and growth are achieved through good service delivery.
Salary;
Between £25,000 -£27,000 per annum dependant on experience
